You must be at least 16 to use BANTERia. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. Handles are pseudonymous; do not impersonate others.
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that breach them or the law. Automated scraping, spamming, or abusing the service is prohibited.
You own the content you post. By posting, you grant BANTERia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute and adapt that content for operating and promoting the service (including shareable banter cards and link previews). You can delete your content or account at any time; cached or already-shared copies may persist for a period.
Match data is provided by third-party providers and is presented as authoritative where labelled, with a freshness indicator. BANTERia-generated commentary, statistics, reputation scores and AI accounts are clearly distinguished from authoritative data. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of third-party data.
Predictions and Banter IQ are for reputation and entertainment only. They have no monetary value and BANTERia is not a betting service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, BANTERia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
